For our return and exchange policy, we’ve designed a system that balances customer friendliness with the realities of running a small business based in Indonesia.

For any items purchased through our consignment store partners, their individual return and exchange policies apply. Most of our partners offer a 30-day return window, but we recommend checking directly with the store where you made your purchase to confirm their specific terms.

For purchases made through our online store, we offer a return policy that allows you to return items up to 30 days after the purchase date. However, please note that bikinis and swimwear are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons. All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have the tags attached.

Given our small business structure and location in Indonesia, return shipping costs can be high. As a result, customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping returns. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that includes tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Despite the challenges, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a set timeframe.

We are actively working on expanding this process and making it even more customer-friendly as our business grows.

Our women’s swimwear sizing chart includes specific measurements for the following sizes:

For our men’s casual wear, we provide the following general sizing guidelines:

A common mistake people make when shopping online is simply ordering clothing in their typical clothing size; however, sizes can vary across brands. To make finding your size at House of Jonni easier, we recommend using a flexible measuring tape and writing down your measurements for the following areas:

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring the tape is level.
• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
• Waist: Measure around your waist, above your belly button but below your rib cage.
• Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure the fullest part of your hips.
• Height: Stand against a wall and measure from the floor to the top of your head.

More important than finding your general size is figuring out if you should size up, size down, or order your regular size when looking at a garment you’re interested in.

On our product pages, look out for “What’s my size?” next to the size options. This guide will show you specific garment measurements. Compare these measurements to a similar item you already own that fits you well.

Please note that the garment measurements were taken while the item was lying flat, not on the body.

Jonni® covers 50% of all shipping costs to make it more affordable for our customers, this is already subtract in all listed shipping costs. Please note that while we strive to provide efficient shipping, we are unable to cover import taxes at this time.

At House of Jonni®, we prioritize a seamless shopping experience, which includes our shipping options. We currently ship internationally using FedEx Express from Bali. For smaller orders, items are packaged in custom Jonni dust bags and shipped in Polymailers. Larger orders over 2.5 kg or exceeding $200 will arrive in our custom Jonni hard boxes, complete with cards and dust bags for added luxury.

For local deliveries within Bali, we offer shipping via Lion Parcel or Gojek Direct.

Most of our clothing is pre-washed to minimize shrinking, ensuring a better fit and longevity for your garments.

1. Hand Wash: Whenever possible, hand wash your items to gently clean them.
2. Machine Wash: If using a washing machine, select a low warm wash setting.
